PeopleSoft Enterpise Human Resources Management System 9.1 Media Pack Install

Prep Work:

1. Install PeopleTools 8.51
2. Verify that you can run PSADMIN.

Download PeopleSoft Enterpise Human Resources Management System 9.1 Media Pack

1. Login to Oracle's e-delivery
2. Select the following:
• Product Pack: PeopleSoft Enterprise
• Platform: Linux x86-64
3. Click the "Go" button.
4. Select the following link: PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Resources Management System 9.1 Media Pack.

5. Click the Download link for the following name: PeopleSoft Human Resources Management System 9.1: Feature Pack - December 2010. It should be 1.2G.
6. Save the download to the desktop and unzip it.
7. Open a new terminal and enter the following commands:
• [hr91@localhost ~]# cd Desktop/Disc1/InstData
• [hr91@localhost InstData]# chmod 777 setup.linux
• [hr91@localhost InstData]# ./setup.linux

Install PeopleSoft Enterpise Human Resources Management System 9.1 Media Pack

1. Once the installer has started click the "Enter" button.

2. For the PeopleSoft License code enter: 117fefffff8fffffebfb197c32sm64u
3. Select the Unicode Database

4. Click the "Enter" button to select all of the defaults

5. Enter the following for the Install location: /apps/psoft

6. At this time you will see the summary of what will be installed. Press the "Enter" button untill the application starts installing.

7. When the install has finished the following screen should be displayed:

Once this has finished it is time to build the PeopleSoft Seed Database.
